A short version of my story…​

​Welcome to my world of real estate! I'm Liz, and I'm here to share a glimpse into my story and what fuels my unwavering passion for helping people navigate the exciting realm of real estate.

It all started over a decade ago when I embarked on a life-changing adventure, working and volunteering with refugees across the globe. This profound experience awakened a deep compassion within me and ignited a desire to understand people on a deeper level.

​With a background in Psychology, I delved into the complexities of human behavior and the impact of life circumstances on individuals. It became clear to me that we are all beautifully different yet inherently connected.

Returning to my hometown of Dallas, Texas, I reunited with my vibrant blended family and embraced the opportunity to explore a new path. It was during this time that a relative, a seasoned and respected top producer in the real estate industry, recognized my potential. Through shadowing him, I discovered the captivating intersection of psychology and real estate, where I could combine my two passions into a fulfilling career.

Obtaining my Texas real estate license in 2014, I eagerly dived into the role of a transaction coordinator. Over the years, I honed my skills, and had the privilege of assisting both clients and top-producing teams. With every transaction, I gained valuable insights and deepened my understanding of the industry.

What sets me apart as a transaction coordinator is my firsthand Realtor experience and knowledge. I find all aspects of real estate fascinating, from building connections with clients to navigating the intricacies of the market. My commitment to providing exceptional service and fostering successful relationships is unwavering.

I love serving others and knowing I made a difference. I work to see results, so as your Transaction Coordinator, my goal is to ensure your transaction will run as smooth as possible. I am a multi-tasker with a very analytical personality. I pay attention to details without even noticing. I like following an organized system that produces quick results. After nine years experience, I still love reading real estate contracts! Each deal is unique and the market is evolving. I also feel very strongly that the path to efficiency is through direct and clear communication. This is key for all relationships with people, but especially during a financial transaction which is often the most expensive purchase or sell of someones life. I understand the gravity of a real estate transaction. As your TC, an extension of you, I will treat your deals as if they are my own, with honesty, reliability, consistency and hard work.
