Pro and Con of hiring me as your TC!

"Pros are that I do not get paid until your deal closes, which means that you are not risking any money if you are not paid. Another pro is that I have my own equipment and office. Therefore, you do not have the expense of software, equipment or space. If there is any con to my role as a TC, it could be that I am not available for tasks outside the scope of your transactions, however this proves to allow TC’s to be way more efficient as we are able to solely focus on the role- on your clients under contract, their timelines, deadlines and paperwork, so turns out this is actually a pro as well!"
